  • Manage around 1000 hours of care provision per week 
  • Promote safety, independence, and wellbeing

  • Experience in a supervisory role within adult care 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills 
  • NVQ Level 3 (or willingness to work towards Level 4)
