We are seeking a Team Leader to support the Home Manager, Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in all aspects of the home’s management. You will encourage the staff, assist in supervision and induction, and review residents care plans.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Support the Manager, Deputy and Assistant Manager in the effective running of the home, supervising staff, assisting with inductions and ensuring duties are completed or handed over appropriately
Provide high-quality personal care with dignity and respect, promoting independence and supporting residents’ use of the environment in line with their care plans
Lead by example, encouraging staff to uphold the company’s values of Commitment, Connection and Compassion and fostering a positive, caring atmosphere
Review, update and develop residents’ care plans on the Mobile Care Monitoring (MCM) system, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with CQC requirements
Liaise with families to keep them informed of residents’ wellbeing and work closely with keyworkers to support communication
Oversee medication administration, ordering, recording and storage in line with company policies and procedures
Liaise with external professionals, implementing required actions and ensuring coordinated care
Support menu planning, food presentation and dietary awareness to meet residents’ nutritional needs
Maintain confidentiality, follow safeguarding procedures, and ensure adherence to Health & Safety and B&M Care Quality Management Systems
Participate in training, professional development, meetings and supervisions to support ongoing competence and high standards of care
