An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Training Coordinator for a temporary 9-month maternity cover role, with the possibility of extension. This role will primarily be based at our Head Office in Welwyn Garden City, but may also involve training, observations, and monitoring in the community.

What does this Training Coordinator job involve?

 

  • Oversee day-to-day training operations, ensuring comprehensive induction and ongoing training for care staff.
  • Travel to client homes for training when necessary
  • Generate training reports, conduct reviews, and audit staff files for full CQC compliance.
  • Proactively inform line manager about tools or equipment to enhance the learner's training experience.
  • Identify trends and report promptly to Directors; provide expert advice for changes in training programs to meet legislative requirements.
